More accurately, it feels like Evri operates on a "whenever we can be bothered, maybe CU Next Tuesday" schedule. My growing suspicion is that they've abandoned any semblance of timely delivery in my area, opting instead for some bizarre weekly consolidation effort that completely negates the point of online shopping's convenience.
What truly baffles me is the continued reliance of reputable companies on this utterly substandard service. Are they actively trying to alienate their customers?
