The Easter Island may have their world famous, and mysterious moais (statues) dotted everywhere, but they are not on a par with the Giant of the Big Hill in Cleator Moor ;)
I haven't got a clue what the statue is supposed to represent (if you know - please add a comment). Maybe it's a nod in the direction of Stig of the Dump?
I did enjoy todays visit to my old playground. It brought back many memories from when I last visited as a child. Sadly, the zip line and jelly fights were nowhere to be seen.
The Big Hill community park comprises woodland, a mysterious cave and tarmac area for functions. The area is sadly, much underused.
